2. Data Collection

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical data (IP address, browser type, access time). This data is necessary for the technical delivery of the website and is deleted after 30 days.

3. Contract Data

When you upload a contract for analysis, the document is processed by our AI system and immediately deleted after the analysis is complete. We do not store the contents of your contracts. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

4. Account Data

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and company. This data is used to provide the service and to contact you about your account.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Vercel may process data in the United States. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your Rights
